After a long journey, it was a relief to be greeted by a friendly and professional driver who navigated the city's traffic with ease. But what truly set PrideInn Plaza Nairobi Airport Hotel apart was the exceptional level of service provided by their staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist with any requests, offering helpful advice and ensuring I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their willingness to help, their smiling faces, and their genuine desire to make my experience positive truly made a difference.

Its position atop a mall provides immense convenience, offering a variety of shops, a hair spa, banks, currency exchange services, and restaurants, ensuring you don't have to leave the premises for any necessities during your stay. Additionally, its situation on Mombasa Road is ideal for safari tourists looking to bypass Nairobi's city traffic. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, and the rooftop restaurant is outstanding. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

the staff were very friendly. shout out to Boke from reception who helped us us to order a bolt and making sure we went to the right place. also restaurant staff couldn’t do enough for us. also lots of advice on where to go. situated in a short ride from the airport and train station perfect for a stopover or a couple of day quick visit. it’s a distance from the centre but if you get the transport to go on the expressway much quicker. The Wi-Fi was excellent even in the rooms.

Loraine

The rooms are huge, modern and clean. The location within the mall is convenient and staff is very attentive and serves you with a smile always. There was a minor misunderstanding that was handled very quickly and professionally. The complimentary airport pick up was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Breakfast crew was always at hand to serve and the coffee was delicious!Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely return

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. She showed me to my room and made sure I was informed of how things worked there. Room was spacious and bathroom was pretty clean. I pretty much just got there, showered and slept and left early in the morning so I didn't explore the hotel much but it was a nice place to freshen up and get a good night's sleep.
